How can I register for My Masjid?

To register your Masjid, please fill out the online registration form at: https://my-masjid.com/register-masjid/.

I registered for My Masjid but did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t find it, there might have been a system issue.

My account is not activated. How can I activate it?

You can activate your account by clicking on the link that you received in your email.
If you have not received the email, contact us at support@my-masjid.com for further assistance.

I am unable to log in. What should I do?

Ensure that your account is activated. If not, request activation.

How long does it take for a newly registered Masjid to appear on the app or website?

Once approved, it typically takes less than a day for the Masjid to appear on the app or website.

I submitted the registration form, but my masjid is not appearing on the list. Why?

All Masjid registrations require approval by MM team before they are published. This process usually takes less than a day.

How can I get the login details for my registered Masjid?

Once your Masjid is approved, we will provide you with login details via email.

Where can I buy the "My Masjid System/Hardware"?

You can purchase the My Masjid System from our online shop. We also offer the MM Stick, which can be used to display the system on your TV.

Yes! We offer delivery services but in certain regions.

Can I purchase a complete package, including a display screen?

We do not sell screens, but you can purchase any Android TV from a well-known brand that officially supports Android apps.
Alternatively, you can buy our MM Stick to use the system with your existing TV.

Do I need to register for My Masjid before purchasing the system?

No, registration is not mandatory in order to purchase the system. You can register your Masjid at any time, whether before or after purchasing the system.

Mobile / TV App

Can I install the My-Masjid app on an Apple Watch?

Yes, the MM app is available on the Apple App Store, for both your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Where can I download the My-Masjid app?

You can download the app from:

Google Play Store
• Smart TVs (via Android TV App)
• If installing on Smart TVs, you may need an Android stick to run the APK file.

Does the app require an internet connection?

The app needs to be online during the initial setup. After that, it can run offline with locally cached data.
However, an internet connection is required to display messages.

Does the app store user login, passwords?

No, the app does not store user login passwords. You can reset your password from the login screen.

How do I change the app’s screen mode from night to day?

You can change the theme by:
1. Clicking on the MM logo at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
2. Selecting the desired theme color in settings.

How do I add a widget to my home screen?

1. Long press on your home screen and go to the Widgets section.
2. Search for My-Masjid Widget and select it.
3. Choose the preferred display mode and apply settings.

How do I share the My-Masjid app with friends?

1. Open the side menu.
2. Tap on Share App.
3. Choose an app to share the download link.

Can I download the MM app on my Smart TV?

Yes! You can download the My Masjid Android TV app from the Play Store and run it on any Android TV.
If your TV is not Android-based, you can use the MM Stick for compatibility.

Can I use an Android Box to display prayer timings on a TV?

Yes, follow these steps:
1. Install the app from the Google Play Store.
2. Configure the app online for your Masjid.
3. Enable Auto-start and Awake Device in the settings for continuous display.

How can I switch to a new Masjid if I relocate?

1. Open the side menu.
2. Tap on your currently selected Masjid name.
3. Select the country and city where you have relocated.
4. Choose your new Masjid from the list.

How do I add a Masjid to my favorites?

1. Open the side menu.
2. Tap on Favorite Masajid.
3. Tap the “+” icon and select the Masjid you want to add.

Can I switch between multiple Masajid?

Yes, you can add multiple Masajid to your favorites and switch between them anytime.

System Features & Settings

How can I update prayer times?

Prayer times update automatically if your device is connected to the internet and the correct time has been set in the system.

Can I upload prayer times manually?

Yes, you can upload prayer times in Excel or Word format. Masjid editors can then edit within the system.

Does the app support 12-hour format for Salah timings?

Yes, you can enable the 12-hour format in the login panel settings.

How can I display Jamat/Iqamah time on my Masjid’s website?

You can embed our Salah timing widget on your website.

How do I handle daylight savings for prayer times?

We have a daylight saving option in the editor panel settings. You can turn it on or off based on the season.

Can I remotely operate the large screen display?

Yes, you can install TeamViewer on your Android TV to control it remotely.

How do I keep my device screen awake?

1. Tap the side menu icon.
2. Go to Settings > Other Settings > Enable “Awake Device”.

Can I set custom sounds for Adhan and reminders?

Yes, go to Settings -> Custom Sounds to enable Adhan, Iqamah, and mobile silence reminders.

What is the best image size for the message display screen?

The recommended image size is 1500×900 pixels.

How can I share a Masjid message with others?

1. Tap on the Messages icon from the Timing Screen.
2. Select the message you want to share.
3. Choose an app to share it (WhatsApp, Email, etc.).
